Chiropractic Adjustments:

I utilize the "Palmer Package" to adjust my patients. Techniques included in this package are Diversified, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Flexion/Distraction and Activator. Using a variety of different techniques allows me to treat a wide variety of patients. It is my goal to discover and use the techniques that work best for you as the patient.

Dry Needling:

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat myofascial pain and dysfunction by inserting a very thin acupuncture needle into muscular trigger points. This increases blood flow, improves range of motion and stimulates healing to painful and dysfunctional muscles. This treatment is also extremely effective for treating chronic tension headaches, sciatica, neck pain and muscle spasm.

Graston:

Graston is an Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization technique (IASTM). A stainless steel instrument is utilized to treat dysfunctional muscle groups to restore proper function, increase range of motion and facilitate healing.
